01Implementation
The Svelte web interface belongs to the RotorDream device platform. Yarn and Vite support local development and production builds, with configuration pointing the frontend at a device environment.
02Key decision
The browser interface and the device service are separate layers. Explicit target configuration lets developers work on the interface while selecting the device context it communicates with.
03Current scope
The reviewed README focuses on development setup. It does not enumerate every device control or establish a complete operational acceptance result.
