02 / INSIDE THE PROJECT

Behind the diagram.

Technical notes, when you want to go deeper.

01Implementation

The native Kotlin/Compose application brings scan-first production work to Zebra TC27 devices. DataWedge captures scans while the shared server owns validation, records, printing and ABAS interactions.

02Key decision

The application is online-only. Durable operation identifiers and exact-package receipts support recovery after interruptions without inventing a second offline source of truth.

03Current scope

Documentation distinguishes unit and emulator checks from device acceptance. Scanner behaviour, printing, Wi-Fi recovery and ERP interaction still need acceptance on the actual workstation environment.
