Technical notes, when you want to go deeper.

01Implementation

A Node/Express service owns meeting setup and start, pause and stop operations. A lightweight browser interface uses a team directory and reusable templates, resolving current rates when a meeting is prepared.

02Key decision

Only aggregate costs are shown in the interface and exports. Individual rates stay out of the presentation layer, while saved JSON history and optional email reports support follow-up discussions.

03Current scope

The documented implementation targets a small-scale live calculation workflow. Raspberry Pi GPIO controls are a future integration direction, not a completed physical installation.
