Technical notes, when you want to go deeper.

01Implementation

Meeting costs become easier to discuss when planned and actual time can be compared. The JavaScript application combines participant rates, meeting duration and department context with Supabase-backed records and Chart.js reporting.

02Key decision

Planned costs, actual costs, late arrivals and overruns are separated instead of collapsed into one number. CSV, PDF and print outputs let the same information support a discussion outside the application.

03Current scope

The documentation describes English and German interfaces, administrator and user roles, and departmental trends. No measured cost savings or independent security assessment is claimed.
