01Implementation
The application replaces spreadsheet-based team time records with daily work blocks, absences, commute information and monthly reporting. SvelteKit and Prisma connect the interface to PostgreSQL.
02Key decision
Gross time, breaks and balances are calculated on the server. Monthly locks preserve snapshots, so reporting does not depend on whatever a browser happens to calculate at the moment.
03Current scope
The documented scope includes onboarding, profiles, daily and monthly balances and reports. This case describes the workflow and architecture without claiming a legal compliance certification.
