Technical notes, when you want to go deeper.
The lab revisits the Blackfin ADSP-BF533 through reproducible, host-based C99 experiments. Fixed-point arithmetic, FIR filtering and FFT work form the learning direction alongside toolchain research.
Starting on the host separates signal-processing concepts from the difficulty of reviving an older hardware toolchain. The interactive signal illustration on this page explains an idea; it is not a hardware measurement.
Hardware integration remains future work. JTAG, UART and emulator behaviour have not been validated, so the project is presented as an exploration rather than a completed embedded deployment.
This interactive moving average is an explanatory browser demo. The repository’s host-based DSP work and planned hardware stages are distinct from this illustration.
