01Implementation
The customer portal connects product registration, dataset review, training requests and model delivery. Keycloak supports identity, while staff queues and subscription workflows organise the service around the customer-facing application.
02Key decision
Training is performed externally by staff. Accepted, started and delivered requests remain separate states, and a model download is not treated as proof of installation. Dataset work includes retryable uploads and review history.
03Current scope
The documented portal coordinates the service lifecycle. Product registration does not itself verify ownership; automatic annotation is disabled until a detector is available. Production rollout results are not established here.
