01Implementation
The company-research application separates a Vue interface from a Flask API and containerised Selenium Grid workers. It gathers company metadata and keyword context through HTTP requests or browser automation.
02Key decision
Browser automation provides a fallback for pages that cannot be handled by a simple request. Keeping it behind the API allows the user interface to focus on research tasks rather than browser orchestration.
03Current scope
The documented stack includes Docker Compose for the services. Data quality and collection reliability depend on the source websites; no completeness or coverage guarantee is implied.
