01Implementation

The C2 Plus SDK documents a Linux-hosted PetaLinux firmware build environment. Fallback and application firmware are prepared through separate build contexts, with scripts for setup and updates.

02Key decision

The host toolchain is part of the product’s reproducibility. Documented dependency and build-order troubleshooting matters because application code alone is not enough to recreate a firmware image.

03Current scope

The README specifies older Ubuntu and PetaLinux versions. This case describes that documented environment, not compatibility with current hosts or a verified firmware deployment.
